From the place located right in front of an endless empty beach, to the love they poured into the retreat and the way they decorated it so beautifully, it couldn’t have been a better experience.
Also, the food was soooo good and all made locally, it will be really hard to find better in the whole of Sri Lanka. The yoga was very attentive and focused a lot on spirituality, not just exercise. It’s also very friendly for beginners; I traveled with my girlfriend who never did yoga before and she loved it because of that.
All in all I‘ve made memories there that I will cherish and remember for a long time to come, thank you so much!

My biggest take away is - Don't fight nature, embrace it. My Highlights of the Retreat were the breathwork sessions, the food and the swim in the river. The ride to the mountain for the hike surprised me pleasantly. If you ask me to join Reset Body & Mind Retreat, my answer would be - yes 100000%!
